Do I have to try on my jumpsuit when I collect it?

We recommend trying it on at collection. If not, you can return within 14 days for free repeat work based on the original order.

What should I do if I cannot collect my jumpsuit?

You can change your collection date online. Items uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of following reasonable attempts to contact you.

Can someone else collect my jumpsuit on my behalf?

Yes, they must provide your order number, name, and phone number. We recommend collecting it yourself for fitting confirmation.
