Yes, for just £20, we offer next-day delivery via DPD (Monday to Friday). Once your suit is ready, you’ll receive a text from DPD with the delivery date and a one-hour time window, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it. If you need same-day delivery, we can arrange for to deliver within a 5-mile radius of our location for £50.

You can use the Order Status checker. When we create your order during your first visit, our computer system will send you an automated text/email confirming your order number and fitting or collection date. Once your Moncler Jacket or coat is ready for collection, our system will automatically send you a text/email to notify you that your order is ready. This means that if we finish the work ahead of schedule, you will have the option to collect your order sooner.

The Order Status checker is available for checking an order. An automatic text or email confirming your order number and fitting or collection date will be sent to you by our computer system when we create your order during your initial appointment. Our system will immediately send you an email or text message to let you know when your order is prepared for pickup. This implies that you will have the choice to pick up your order sooner if we complete the work earlier than expected.

Absolutely - you can change the fitting date yourself online using the change appointment link or you can send us an email and we can do it for you.

If you want to change your order - you should contact as soon as possible by email or phone. Despite us agreeing on a collection date with you we may start the work immediately after the order is taken so changes are not always possible if we have already started the work.

Unfortunately, we do not permit the consumption of food and drink at the appointment due to the risk of spillage which can make contact with clothing.

We understand you have a busy life but we recommend you try on your Moncler coat or jacket when you collect so that we can be absolutely sure everything is correct. If you do not have the time you can return within 14 days and we will repeat the work for you free of charge. Note that we will only repeat the work agreed on your order form.

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their Moncler on the day specified on their order form. You can use the change appointment link to modify the date of collection. After ninety days after the scheduled collection date, uncollected objects may be disposed of. In such a case, Alterations Boutique Ltd will use the contact information supplied at the time of order placement to make a reasonable effort to get in touch with the customer. We won't be responsible for the customer's losses if we can't get in touch with them.

Yes - you can send a courier or friend to collect your Moncler coat or jacket. They should provide your order number, name and telephone number or we will be unable to release the order to them. Please note we recommend you collect the order yourself so you can check the order has been carried out correctly in accordance with your instructions. If you cannot you may return the items to re-altered or repaired within 14 days from the time of collection.

If you’re unable to visit our Manchester location in person, we offer a convenient mail-in option for repairs only. Please note, we are unable to offer a Moncler alterations service by post, as our trained tailors need to take accurate measurements.
