If you have a Last Minute event to attend or just want to wear something Urgently we can help. There is no need to pin your garments as we will do the pinning and offer advice too. Just click on the link below to book an appointment or call. We do offer a walk in service but by booking an appointment you will know you will not have to wait to be seen, saving you valuable time. Once your order is ready we will conveniently send you a text to let you know so you can collect or we can dispatch your order to you using our DPD Next Working Day Service, although we recommend you try your garments on at our shop so we can check the fitment.

During your appointment, you'll select a collection date via our in-house system. We offer same-day and next-day services when required. You’ll receive an automated text or email with your order number and fitting date. Once your item is ready for fitting, we’ll notify you automatically. You can also check the progress at any time using our online status checker. If your item is completed early, you'll be given the option to collect it sooner.
There’s no need to arrive at a specific time to collect your Tuxedo. However, please ensure you’ve received an automated text or email confirming that your suit is ready before visiting. If you haven’t received this notification, please check the order status on our homepage to ensure it shows as "Completed." If it’s not marked as “Completed,” kindly wait until it is. Yes, we offer delivery via DPD for £20 (next working day). Once dispatched, DPD will notify you with the delivery date and a one-hour time slot. For same-day delivery within a 5-mile radius, we can arrange a courier for £50.
If you need your garment urgently, we offer express services including same-day or next-day turnaround. Just let us know your deadline when you visit, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Yes, we can complete alterations the same day. Please contact our tailors to arrange a complimentary consultation and fitting.
We specialise exclusively in tailoring and alteration services. Unfortunately, we do not offer cleaning and are unable to recommend a provider.
Yes, we can usually alter a wedding dress within three weeks. Please get in touch as early as possible to begin the process and avoid delays.
We accept most debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
Once your order is created, our system will send an automated confirmation with your order number and fitting or collection date. When your item is ready, you’ll automatically receive a text or email notification. You can also track the status using our online checker.
Yes, you can change your fitting date online using the change appointment link, or contact us via email and we’ll update it for you.
If you’d like to make changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible by phone or email. Although a collection date is agreed with you, we may begin the work immediately, so changes may not be possible once the process has started.
We kindly ask that you refrain from eating or drinking during your appointment to prevent accidental spills on garments.
We strongly recommend trying on your garments upon collection to confirm everything fits as expected. If you’re unable to, you may return within 14 days for adjustments—free of charge, provided the changes align with your original order form.
You are expected to collect your item(s) on the agreed collection date stated on your order form. To change this, use the change appointment link. Items left uncollected for more than 90 days may be disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you, but we cannot accept liability if we’re unable to reach you.
Yes, someone else may collect your order. They must provide your name, order number, and telephone number. We recommend collecting in person to check everything is correct, but if that’s not possible, items can be returned within 14 days for re-alteration, as per your original order.
If you’re unable to visit our Manchester location in person, we offer a convenient mail-in option for repairs only. Please note, we are unable to offer a tuxedo alterations service by post, as our trained tailors need to take accurate measurements.
